Temple Dunn has spent more than two decades doing something most people in the education consulting space have never done: actually operating at the highest levels of professional sport.

As Director of DevOps at Tencent Sports, Temple founded and led the Sports Event Infrastructure department for China's largest sports media platform — overseeing the digital backbone of the country's most-watched sporting events and generating 100M RMB in revenue within his first three months through optimized digital monetization. Before that, he was part of the team that brought Ticketmaster into the Chinese market around the 2008 Beijing Olympics and pioneered the distribution of elite European football content — including the Dutch Eredivisie — to Asian broadcasters.

As CEO of HoopBattle, Temple secured exclusive operating rights for China's National High School and Junior High School Basketball Leagues (CHBL/CJBL) in partnership with the Ministry of Education, and negotiated title sponsorships with Nike and Cadillac, with Tencent as exclusive media partner. As Co-Founder and SVP of Atlanture, he built the first Chinese-backed student-athlete pipeline in North America — connecting Chinese talent with elite collegiate programs and professional development pathways.

Temple is also a technology entrepreneur. He currently leads a senior engineering team at SportsX, building AI-native vertical infrastructure for sports organizations globally.

But TSCVO, he says, is the most personal project of his career.

“I'm a father of three. I've watched too many talented kids arrive in North America too late, with no context, no relationships, and no plan. I've spent 20 years building exactly the network they need. TSCVO is how I put that to work for families who care about getting this right.”
